Use only cashier instructions
Open the official Premier Bet cashier and choose TNM Mpamba only if it is displayed for your account. Compare the recipient and amount in the Mpamba confirmation prompt before entering your PIN.
Check payout route separately

Protect your PIN

The number and name used for a payment should match the on-screen operator instructions. Avoid copying payment details from old screenshots because merchant numbers and payment flows can be updated.
Keep proof until the account updates
Save the mobile-money reference and check the operator transaction list after payment. If the wallet is debited but the account does not show a deposit, contact the provider and operator with the reference rather than sending a second payment.

Separate a merchant payment from a person-to-person transfer
Use the route generated by the official cashier. A person-to-person transfer to a number copied from a message is not equivalent to a merchant payment and may be difficult to trace or reverse. Verify the recipient shown by Mpamba and the amount before entering your PIN.
